Perspective extérieure :
Une villa individuelle plain-pied 300 à 600 €
Une villa avec étage 500 à 650 €
Une résidence avec vue sur une allée de plusieurs villas semblables 500 à 650 €
Une résidence avec vue sur une allée de plusieurs villas différentes 600 à 900 €
Un bâtiment R+1 400 à 700 €
Un bâtiment R+3 500 à 800 €
Un bâtiment R+4 ou + 600 à 1000 €
Une vue urbaine sur une allée de plusieurs bâtiments à étages 700 à 1500 €
Les prix varient selon la complexité des façades, par exemple, la présence de balcons dont le traitement augmente le temps de travail.
Perspective intérieure :
Salon, appartement, ou bureau d’entreprise (15 à 30 m2) 300 à 450 €
Un visuel d’ambiance, meubles, cuisine, salle de bain ( une pièce) 300 à 500 €
Hall d’entrée, immeuble, bureau, ou hôtel (40 à 60 m2) 400 à 650 €
Salle de restaurant (40 à 120 m2) 550 à 950 €
Les prix varient selon la superficie, la complexité de l’ameublement, des éclairages et des matériaux.
